Shopify installation is free. Creating an account or signing in does not enable charges. Our public documentation and agent connection guide are also free to read.

Usage pricing, with your approval

Paid usage requires a separately approved plan. Review the available offer, its rate, billing terms, and any applicable limits in the hosted onboarding flow before approving it. The plan you approve governs your charges; this page does not quote a universal monthly or per-use rate.

Installing the app is not a promise of unlimited free usage. A general free usage tier and a public merchant sandbox are not currently offered here.
